* FOR ALL PRODUCTS

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled in any circumstances, especially pre-orders, there might be some rare instances of delay. Every customer is given a call for order confirmation. 

If dis-satisfied with our apparel for a justified reason contact us only via the contact section on the website within 3 days of delivery. Replacements will be issued, no cancellations or refunds. Make sure to have a look at the size chart.

If there is an exchange issued, please make sure to take a packing video which showcases the item being packed and handed to the courier person. There should be no cuts in the video, the parcel should be clear.

If customer receives the product with the size he ordered, we wont change it, as the size chart is already given there. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (with the outer plastic packaging and the label on it), without which an exchange will not be possible in any circumstances.



* FOR MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS

As all made-to-measure orders are unique to cater to the specific requirements given to us by our clients, we cannot offer an exchange or a return on the order.

We can alter the garments if required depending on the form of the product.

If you wish to alter your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.

* ON-SALE PURCHASE

Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
