Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. It explains how cancellations, exchanges, store credits, special drops, and delivered orders are handled at 4TWNTY.

Note

Important: Once an order is delivered, refund to the original payment method is not possible. If approved, the amount will be issued only as store credit.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, especially for pre-orders, limited drops, made-to-measure products, hand-painted products, or products that have already moved into processing.

For partial COD orders, if the order is not accepted at the time of delivery, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are made or processed specially for the drop. There may be rare delays due to production, finishing, quality checks, courier timelines, or availability.

Pre-order cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed. The expected dispatch timeline, wherever applicable, will be mentioned on the product page.

Returns & Refunds

Once an order is delivered, refund to the original payment method is not possible.

For hygiene, items such as chains, bracelets, sunglasses are non-returnable.

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued only in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on 4TWNTY.

We do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, UPI refunds, or card refunds once the order has been delivered.

Upon approval of return, ₹200 will be deducted as pickup charges from store credits.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued only after a request is reviewed and approved by 4TWNTY.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on the 4TWNTY website. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If the product you have received is damaged, contact us through the Contact Us page within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange approval depends on the condition of the product and the reason for the request.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned with the original packaging, tags, outer plastic packaging, and label wherever applicable.

Pickup and delivery charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

Size Issues

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If the customer receives the same size that was ordered, we may not be able to offer a return for size-related issues. Size exchange approval depends on availability, product condition, and eligibility.

For size exchange please contact us via the contact us page within 3 days of delivery.

Hand-Painted Products

Hand-painted products are unique and made with individual detailing. Slight differences in design, finish, color intensity, or texture are part of the product.

Hand-painted products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If the product is damaged from our end, we will review the issue and address it accordingly.

Made-to-Measure Orders

Made-to-measure orders are created according to specific customer requirements and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Alterations may be possible depending on the product. If an alteration is approved, the customer must ship the product to us within 7 days of receiving the order and bear the shipping charges.

Sale Products

Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Sale products are not eligible for refunds. Exchange eligibility depends on the product, size availability, and condition of the item.

Packing Video Requirement

For any approved exchange, the customer must record a clear packing video showing the product being packed and handed over to the courier partner.

The video must be continuous, with no cuts, and the parcel must be clearly visible. Without this, exchange claims may not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video.

After review, we will resolve the issue through exchange, replacement, or store credit, depending on the case.

Final Review

All return, exchange, replacement, and store credit requests are subject to review by 4TWNTY.

4TWNTY reserves the right to reject requests if the product is used, washed, damaged after delivery, missing tags or packaging, or does not meet the policy conditions.
