This website is operated by 4TWNTY. For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, 4TWNTY refers to SIDDHAYU GLOBAL CORPORATION, having its address at B-152, 1st Floor, Backside Portion, Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-1, New Delhi - 110064, India.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “4TWNTY” and “Company” refer to 4TWNTY. The terms “you”, “your”, “customer” and “user” refer to any person who accesses the website, places an order, creates an account, contacts us, subscribes to our updates, or uses our services.

By accessing this website, browsing products, creating an account, adding products to cart, placing an order, making a payment, subscribing to updates, or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policy displayed on the website.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility to Use the Website

By using the website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are below the age permitted by law, you may use the website only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while placing an order or contacting us.

Products, Images and Availability

We try to display our products, colors, sizes, materials, textures, prints, embroidery, washes, and other details as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors or textures may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, photography, hand-finishing, washing, printing, or production processes.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify products, reject orders, or cancel orders where required due to stock issues, listing errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing, Taxes and Offers

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the checkout display and applicable settings.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts, shipping charges, payment options, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Discounts, coupons, sale pricing, early access offers, free gifts, and promotional benefits are subject to availability and may be changed, withdrawn, limited, or cancelled at our discretion.

Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order does not automatically mean the order has been accepted. An order is confirmed only after payment verification, stock verification, fraud checks, and internal order review.

We may contact you for order confirmation, address verification, payment verification, or additional details. If we are unable to verify an order or detect suspicious activity, we may cancel or hold the order.

You are responsible for entering the correct name, phone number, email address, shipping address, PIN code, size, quantity, and product details at checkout.

Payments

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, payment providers, COD partners, or other service providers.

We do not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords, OTPs, or sensitive payment authentication details.

If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the payment proof, transaction ID, registered email address, and phone number. Resolution will depend on payment gateway confirmation.

Partial COD Orders

For partial Cash on Delivery orders, the prepaid amount is collected to confirm the order and reduce fake or non-serious orders.

If a partial COD order is shipped and the customer refuses to accept delivery, is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, rejects the parcel, or does not complete the remaining payment at delivery, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

By placing a partial COD order, you agree that the prepaid amount may be retained by 4TWNTY to cover processing, packing, payment gateway, logistics, RTO, and operational costs.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed and dispatched based on the timeline mentioned on the product page or checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, order volume, public holidays, weather, courier delays, customer availability, payment verification, and other operational factors.

Tracking details may be shared after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, returned to origin, or marked delivered incorrectly, we will coordinate with the logistics partner and resolve the issue based on the investigation outcome.

Pre-Orders, Limited Drops and Special Products

Pre-orders, limited drops, hand-painted products, made-to-measure products, custom products, special finish products, and limited release items may take longer to process or dispatch.

The expected dispatch timeline, wherever applicable, will be mentioned on the product page. Delays may occur due to production, finishing, quality checks, fabric availability, courier issues, or high demand.

Pre-order cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed, especially for limited drops, made-to-measure products, hand-painted products, or products that have moved into processing.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if it has moved into processing, packing, dispatch, production, customization, or pre-order handling.

Cancellation requests, if any, must be raised as early as possible through the Contact Us page. Approval of cancellation requests is at the discretion of 4TWNTY and depends on the order status and product type.

Orders for pre-orders, sale products, limited drops, made-to-measure products, hand-painted products, and special products may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and store credits are governed by our Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy.

Once an order is delivered, refund to the original payment method is not possible. If a request is approved, the amount will be issued only in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on 4TWNTY.

Products must meet the eligibility conditions mentioned in our policy, including unused, unwashed, unworn, original condition, tags, packaging, outer plastic packaging, and label wherever applicable.

Pickup and delivery charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

Sizing and Fit

Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, size charts, fit details, and measurements before placing an order.

Streetwear fits may vary by product. Some products may be oversized, relaxed, cropped, baggy, structured, or boxy depending on the design.

If the customer receives the same size that was ordered, size exchange may not always be possible and will depend on product eligibility, stock availability, and condition of the item.

Hand-Painted, Custom and Made-to-Measure Products

Hand-painted products, custom products, made-to-measure products, and products with special finishing are created with individual detailing. Small differences in color, finish, stroke, placement, wash, texture, or design intensity may occur and are part of the product.

These products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless a clear issue is verified from our end.

Alterations, if approved for made-to-measure products, must follow the process communicated by 4TWNTY. Shipping charges for approved alterations must be borne by the customer.

Sale Products and Promotional Orders

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, limited-time offers, clearance sales, coupon campaigns, or special price drops may have restricted return, exchange, cancellation, or refund eligibility.

Sale products are not eligible for refunds. Exchange eligibility depends on the product, size availability, stock availability, and condition of the item.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate order, payment, address, and contact information. You agree not to place fake orders, misuse COD, refuse genuine orders without reason, abuse policies, make fraudulent claims, submit false information, misuse discount codes, interfere with the website, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for checking order details, product details, size, address, and phone number before completing checkout.

Packing Video and Unboxing Proof

For exchange, return, wrong product, missing product, or damaged product related claims, we may require clear photos, an unboxing video, and a packing video.

The video must be clear, continuous, unedited, and should show the parcel, product, packaging, tags, labels, and issue clearly. Claims may be rejected if required proof is missing, edited, unclear, or submitted after the allowed window.

User Accounts and Communication

If you create an account or provide contact details, you are responsible for keeping your login details and account access secure.

We may contact you through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, courier calls, or other available channels for order updates, delivery, payment confirmation, support, return or exchange processing, store credit, marketing updates, and brand communication where permitted.

Marketing, Emails and Ads

By subscribing to our newsletter, creating an account, placing an order, or opting in to updates, you may receive communications about drops, sales, restocks, offers, product launches, early access, and brand updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting us.

We may run ads on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other channels. Your interaction with our website or ads may be governed by our Privacy Policy and the privacy settings of those platforms.

Intellectual Property

All website content, brand name, logos, graphics, product designs, product names, photos, videos, text, artwork, campaign concepts, layouts, packaging, and other creative assets belong to 4TWNTY or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, imitate, scrape, use commercially, or create derivative works from our brand assets or website content without written permission.

User Content, Reviews and Social Media

If you tag 4TWNTY, submit reviews, share testimonials, send photos or videos, comment on our content, or provide feedback, you grant 4TWNTY permission to use, repost, display, edit, or share such content for marketing, social proof, product improvement, support, or brand communication, where permitted by law.

Do not submit content that is false, abusive, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harmful, or violates the rights of another person.

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways, courier partners, advertising platforms, analytics tools, email platforms, customer support tools, social media platforms, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, failures, delays, outages, or practices of third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 4TWNTY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, delivery delays, platform downtime, third-party failures, payment gateway issues, courier delays, customer-entered address errors, or misuse of products.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 4TWNTY, its owners, team, service providers, and partners harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, false claims, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.

Force Majeure

4TWNTY will not be responsible for delays, non-performance, or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, lockdowns, war, riots, internet failures, payment gateway outages, government restrictions, supplier delays, production delays, or other events beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any disputes arising from or related to the website, products, orders, policies, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi, India.
